Some of the issues I have dealt with since being elected are:- winning school appeals for the children from Eastern European families, looking at the local crime and disorder issues, improving the traffic problems, petrolling my ward on a weekly basis and listening to the voice of the people. I always work closely with Councillor Wann and The Rt Hon Patricia Hewitt MP. I am very proud of my ward, the councillors that serve the city, our local MPs Patricia Hewitt, Keith Vaz and Sir Peter Soulsby and I am proud to live in the the city of Leicester.
