• Re-development of The Exchange shopping precinct and Invincible pub site
• Development of a new children's play area on Sturdee Road
• A new health and community centre on Southfields Drive
• The quality of local bus services on Eyres Monsell - following my successful campaign to save the 87 service
• The possibility of a new outdoor games area at Rolleston Primary School on Hillsborough Road
• Road safety across the estate including on Hillsborough Road
• The future of green spaces on the estate
• Working with local residents to set up more 'No Cold Calling Zones'
• Working with the local police and PCSOs on the local policing priorities
• Secured Community Legal Advice provision (free legal advice) at the Eyres Monsell Childrens Centre
• Organising a series of community events including a summer event and a community Christmas party
• Supporting local organisations to deliver projects and events including the popular Eyres Monsell Horticultural and Craft Show later this year. For the second year in succession the Eyres Monsell Ward Community Meeting has provided funding to support this enjoyable event.
• I continue to help a large number of people with individual cases.
